Well, not to the point where it is costing you huge amounts of money, but customers that are happy are much more likely to recommend your services to their friends and family. This means sending out orders on time and answering customer questions in a timely manner.
Remember, building up a business is going to take time. If you try to do everything yourself all at once, then you are going to be setting yourself up for failure. If you put effort into running your business, spend wisely, and grow at a pace that you are comfortable with, then you will be owning a business which can generate you huge amounts of cash in next-to-no time at all. If you get lazy, you won’t have a business to speak about.
